Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

    Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes

    Quarter potatoes.

    Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic pepper. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.

    Pat diced chicken dry and place on second prepared baking sheet. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 the chimichurri seasoning (reserve remaining for tzatziki). Drizzle chicken with 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast the Chicken and Potatoes

    Roast both baking sheets in hot oven until potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes, flipping potatoes once halfway through.

    Carefully remove baking sheets from oven.

    While potatoes and chicken roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Tzatziki

    Core tomato and cut into 1/2" rounds.

    Trim cucumber and grate into a mixing bowl.

    Add sour cream, remaining chimichurri seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to bowl with cucumber. Stir to combine. Set aside.

    Toast the Flatbreads

    Place flatbreads directly on oven rack. Toast in hot oven until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    Finish the Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing chicken in flatbread and topping with tomato, tzatziki, and cheese. Bon appétit!
