If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop, then separate pieces. Stir occasionally until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-9 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Hold lettuce at root end and chop coarsely. We recommend thoroughly washing your lettuce, as it may contain incidental grit or pests. To completely clean, place in a bowl covered with water and massage. Drain and pat dry.
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/2" dice.Drain pickles and cut into 1/2" dice.Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the piri piri seasoning. Pat chicken dry and season all over with piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse). -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Flatbreads
Heat flatbreads to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add flatbreads to hot pan. Toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes per side.While flatbreads heat, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Pickle-Tomato Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes and pickles. Set aside.

5 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 2 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
