To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim zucchini ends, quarter, and cut into 1/4" dice.
Stem and coarsely chop basil. Evenly spread panko on a plate.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with lemon n herb seasoning, Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Evenly spread 1 Tbsp. cream base (reserve remaining for pasta) on one side of each chicken breast. Transfer chicken, cream base-side down, onto plate with panko, pressing gently to adhere. -
2 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan, panko-side down. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add zucchini, leeks, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned and tender, 4-5 minutes. -
4 Add Sauce and Pasta and Finish Dish
Add remaining cream base, pesto, tomatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and pasta to hot pan. Stir often until combined and pasta is heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with basil. Slice chicken, if desired. Garnish pasta with cheese. Bon appétit!
