Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Pot Pie Instructions

    Refrigerate until use.

    Microwave instructions: Remove pie from packaging. Place pie on microwave-safe plate. Microwave until pie is heated through and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-6 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Bon appétit!

    Oven instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove pie from packaging. Place pie on baking sheet. Bake in hot oven until gravy bubbles around edges and pie reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!

    Dumplings Instructions

    Keep frozen until ready to use.

    If using stovetop: Place a medium non-stick pan over high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add gyozas, flat-side down and 1/3 cup water to hot pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook, 5 minutes. Remove from burner. Serve with gyoza sauce. Bon appétit!

    If using microwave: Place gyozas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a wet paper towel. Microwave covered on high, 1 minute. Carefully remove from microwave. Serve with gyoza sauce. Bon appétit!
