Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, chimichurri seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Place chicken in one provided tray.
In second provided tray, combine zucchini, pepper and onion mix, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Bake the Chicken and Vegetables
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken and vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in 1/4 tsp. salt and fluff rice with a fork.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir softened tomato feta sauce and garlic salt into vegetables.To serve, top rice with vegetables, chicken (slicing, if desired), tzatziki, and cheese. Bon appétit!
