Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell peppers into 1/4" dice.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Pat shrimp dry and season all over with blackening seasoning. -
2 Start the Pasta
Place a medium pot over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add bell peppers to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender, 6-8 minutes.
Add pasta, 3/4 cup water, cream base, cream cheese, minced garlic and parsley, a pinch of pepper, and garlic salt. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until pasta is coated and heated through, 2-3 minutes.If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and combined.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Shrimp
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp and white portions of green onions to hot pan. Cook until shrimp turn pink and reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pasta with shrimp. Garnish with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
