Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start Green Beans and Prepare Ingredients
Turn oven onto 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
In one provided tray, combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water. Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 20 minutes.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken and Squash
Pat chicken cutlets dry. Place in second provided tray and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove green bean tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Add squash, pesto, and 1/4 tsp. salt to tray with green beans and gently toss to coat. Cover tray with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Add Sauce
Bake both trays (chicken uncovered, vegetables covered) in hot oven, 10 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine cream base, chicken base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and minced garlic and lemon basil.Coarsely crush almonds.After 10 minutes, carefully remove chicken tray from oven. Evenly top chicken with sauce mixture.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-14 minutes.To serve, top chicken with remaining cheese and vegetables with almonds.
