1 Bake the Sausage
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.

Divide pesto (use less if spice-averse) and 2 tsp. olive oil evenly between both trays and stir to combine.Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes. While sausage bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Make Sauce and Add Tortellini
In a mixing bowl, combine cream base, chicken base, softened cream cheese, garlic salt, and 1 cup water. Set aside.
After 15-18 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven. Break Italian sausage into smaller pieces and drain excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.Divide tortellini, corn, and sauce evenly between both trays. Stir until tortellini are coated. Cover trays with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Toast Breadcrumbs
Bake again covered in hot oven until sauce is heated through and tortellini are tender, 18-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine panko and 1 tsp. olive oil on a plate. Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.Carefully remove plate from microwave and trays from oven.Divide lemon juice evenly between both trays and stir to combine. To serve, top with toasted breadcrumbs.
