1 Bake the Carrots
In one provided tray, combine carrots, 2 tsp. olive oil, and savory seasoning.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven.While carrots bake, continue recipe. -
2 Bake the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt, half the Italian seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken in second provided tray.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove tray from oven.While chicken bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Potatoes, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Add mashed potatoes, creme fraiche, and garlic salt to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir to combine. Set aside.In another microwave-safe bowl, combine minced garlic and parsley, cream base, half the remaining Italian seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Stir in Parmesan. Microwave again uncovered, 30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.To serve, top chicken with sauce.
