Cooking Guidelines

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Stem mushrooms and cut caps into 1/4” slices.
Pat shrimp dry and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
2 Cook the Shrimp
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add shrimp to hot pan and cook until pink and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side. -
3 Make the Pasta
Add mushrooms to hot pan with shrimp and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add cream base, minced garlic and lemon basil, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt, and lemon garlic butter. Stir to combine.Add pasta and spinach and stir occasionally until pasta is coated and heated through and spinach wilts, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Toast Ciabatta and Finish Dish
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Halve ciabatta. Evenly spread roasted garlic and herb butter on cut-sides of ciabatta. Add ciabatta, cut-side down, to hot pan and toast until golden-brown, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, halving ciabatta diagonally, if desired. Bon appétit!
