If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Orzo and Chicken
Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.
Place butternut squash, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, garlic salt, orzo, and 1 1/2 cups water in one prepared tray. Stir to combine and spread into a single layer.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Place chicken in second prepared tray.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Chicken and orzo will finish cooking in a later step.While orzo and chicken bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add Spinach and Top Chicken
Tear spinach. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the spinach.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pesto and half the cream cheese (reserve remaining for sauce).Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 20-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.After 10 minutes, carefully remove both trays from oven.Stir spinach into orzo until combined and cover with foil. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then shredded cheese. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Bake Meal, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Bake orzo covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and orzo is heated through, 20-25 minutes.
Bake chicken uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-12 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, in another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, remaining cream cheese, and grated cheese.Microwave uncovered until sauce is heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Uncover orzo and stir in sauce until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bon appétit!
