1 Toast the Garlic Bread
Halve bread diagonally into four triangles. Spread butter on cut sides.
Place bread slices on prepared baking sheet, cut side up.Toast in hot oven until golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.While garlic bread toasts, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Pierce tomatoes with a fork.
Mince garlic.Pat shrimp dry. -
3 Cook the Shrimp
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp to hot pan and cook until pink and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side.Add garlic, tomatoes, and a pinch of salt. Stir often until tomatoes soften, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Stir pesto, cream base, 1 Tbsp. water, seasoning blend, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper into hot pan until combined.
Add spinach and pasta. Stir often until spinach wilts, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
