If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Broccoli
Halve any large broccoli pieces to roughly match smaller pieces.

2 Prepare the Chicken
Combine half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) and panko on a plate. Spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.Evenly spread half the dressing (reserve remaining for garnish) on both sides of chicken.Transfer chicken to plate with panko mixture and flip until coated on both sides, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Line another plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer chicken to towel-lined plate.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add carrots, broccoli, 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 tsp. salt to hot pan. Cover and stir occasionally until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and add bacon. Stir occasionally until crisp and vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in softened butter, lemon juice, and lemon n herb seasoning until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with remaining dressing. Garnish vegetables with remaining cheese. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
