If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans in one provided tray. Evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine crispy onions and cheese. Set aside.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place in second provided tray.Top chicken with mayonnaise in an even layer, then crispy onion-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake Meal and Heat Potatoes
Bake green beans uncovered in hot oven until tender, 30-35 minutes.
Bake chicken uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While chicken and green beans bake, add mashed potatoes to a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in sour cream and ranch seasoning to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Stir 1/2 Tbsp. salted butter and lemon n herb seasoning into green beans until combined. Bon appétit!
