  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  1. 1

    Start the Vegetables

Evenly divide carrot & celery blend, 2 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for chicken), and 1/4 tsp. pepper between both provided trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While vegetables bake, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Add Chicken and Finish Vegetables

Pat chicken dry and season all over with remaining garlic salt and rotisserie chicken seasoning.

After 10 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide chicken and 2 tsp. olive oil between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken is browned, 10-15 minutes. Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.

    Carefully remove trays from oven.

  3. 3

Add Couscous and Cheese and Finish Meal

Evenly divide cream base, couscous, peas, grated cheese, 2 Tbsp. water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and chicken base between both trays. Stir to combine, spread into an even layer, then evenly top with shredded cheese. Cover trays with foil.

Bake both trays covered in hot oven until couscous is heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
