Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1/4" wedges and pat dry.
Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil, ranch seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into wedges. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While wedges roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients, Make BBQ Aioli, and Form Patties
Halve cheese slices diagonally.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and half the BBQ sauce (reserve remaining for patties). Set aside.In another mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Form mixture into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. -
3 Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add butter to hot, dry pan and stir occasionally until melted, 30-60 seconds.Working in batches, add buns, cut-side down, and toast until browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Cook Patties and Finish Dish
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Evenly top patties with remaining BBQ sauce and cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, crispy onions, and top bun. Serve BBQ aioli on the side for dipping. Bon appétit!
