To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Form Patties
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" rounds.
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard (to taste), mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Set aside. Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the sauce.Mix turkey, steak seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in another mixing bowl until completely combined. Form meat mixture into 4 equally-sized patties, about 5" across. -
2 Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Working in batches, add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan. Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
Transfer buns to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook the Patties
Add 2 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.
Evenly top patties with half the cheese (reserve remaining for pasta). Cover until melted, 60-90 seconds.Remove from burner. Transfer patties to another plate.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Mac & Cheese and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add creme base, remaining cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 cup water, and ranch seasoning to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add pasta. Stir occasionally until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with spring mix, patty, tomatoes, sauce, then top roll. Bon appétit!
