If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-4 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, reserve half the raw broccoli for snacking/serving on the side.
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Uncover and add 1/4 cup water, cream base, and potato spice seasoning to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta and cheese until combined and heated through, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.While sauce and pasta cook, continue recipe. -
4 Make Tuscan Butter Topping and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened plain butter, softened Tuscan butter (to taste), and garlic pepper.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with Tuscan butter topping (to taste). Bon appétit!
