Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Orzo
Spray both provided trays with cooking spray. Evenly divide orzo between trays. Then add 3/4 cup water and 1/4 tsp. salt to each tray and stir to combine.
Evenly top both trays with softened butter and cover trays with foil. Butter will melt as meal bakes.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While orzo bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Heat Sauce and Add Vegetables and Chicken
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, cream cheese, pesto, and creme fraiche. Microwave uncovered until cream cheese melts, 45-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season all over with lemon N herb seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.After 10 minutes, carefully remove trays from oven.Evenly divide leeks, spinach, peas, and chicken between both trays. Stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered until orzo is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven and divide sauce between trays. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top orzo with shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
