To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Start the Vegetables
Spray both provided trays with cooking spray.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. olive oil and butternut squash. Microwave uncovered until tender, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Evenly divide butternut squash and mixed peppers between both prepared trays. Add 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper to each tray and stir to combine. Spread into an even layer.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove both trays from oven.Evenly divide chicken, fiesta seasoning, garlic salt, smoked paprika, and 2 tsp. olive oil between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.Carefully remove both trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution. -
3 Add Pasta and Sauce and Finish Meal
Evenly divide pasta, corn, and cream base between both trays. Stir a pinch of salt and pepper into both trays until combined. Spread into an even layer.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven and stir to combine.To serve, top pasta with cheese and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
