If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place broccoli in one provided tray. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Have a little sous chef around? With supervision, have them help season the broccoli. -
2 Prepare Chicken and Bake Meal
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place chicken in second provided tray and evenly top with Everything Bagel blend.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 13-18 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice and Sauce and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in softened beurre blanc butter, almonds, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for broccoli) until combined. Fluff rice with a fork.In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, cream cheese, and grated cheese. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 45-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir softened roasted garlic & herb butter and remaining shredded cheese into broccoli. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
