Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve lime.

    Cut broccoli florets if larger than a ping-pong ball.

    Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" strips.

    Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" slices.

    Season the Vegetables

    Place vegetables on prepared baking sheet. Top with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and fajita seasoning. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Spread into an even layer.

    Roast Vegetables and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until tender, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir butter (to taste) into vegetables until melted and combined.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping vegetables with cheese. Squeeze lime halves over to taste. Bon appétit!
