Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp of olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Bake the Sausage
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.
Evenly divide sausage and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. -
2 Add the Sauce and Gnocchi
Evenly divide cream base, cream cheese, gnocchi, peas, and garlic and parsley seasoning between both trays.
Stir 1/2 cup water into each tray until combined, breaking up sausage into bite-sized pieces. Spread into an even layer. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Evenly top both trays with mozzarella and Asiago. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and gnocchi is tender, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven.To serve, top gnocchi with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
