Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Start Potatoes
Preheat oven to 425.
Place potatoes in one tray with 4 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Toss to coat potatoes. In the other provided tray, place diced onions, 2tsp olive oil and 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Bake both trays for 15 for 15 minutes. -
2 Add chicken and make topping
Remove onion tray from oven. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Place chicken in tray with onions. Bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, carefully remove chicken breasts and pour off excess moisture. To the tray with chicken, add half the onion salt, cream cheese, mirepoix broth, buttermilk dill seasoning, and cover tightly with foil.

3 Bake the meal
Bake covered until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes. [RTC LANGUAGE] While chicken cooks. Line a plate with paper towel. Spread bacon on towel-lined plate and microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes. When chicken and potatoes are done remove from oven. Set chicken cutlets aside and stir sauce until well combined. Add savory seasoning to potatoes and stir. Top with cheddar and bacon.
