1 Toast the Panko
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add panko and minced garlic and parsley to hot pan. Stir occasionally until golden-brown and fragrant, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer panko mixture to towel-lined plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Return pan used to toast panko to medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli, garlic salt, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 5-7 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Add Butter and Cheese and Finish Dish
Reduce heat to low. Stir butter into hot pan until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.
Top evenly with cheese. Cover and let melt, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with panko mixture. Bon appétit!
