Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F
  1. 1

    Start the Green Beans

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Prepare provided trays with cooking spray.

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

Place green beans and 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel.

Microwave covered until fork-tender, 8-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Carefully remove from microwave. Drain any excess liquid from bowl.

While green beans microwave, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Bake the Chicken

Pat chicken dry and season all over with garlic pepper, rotisserie chicken seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Place chicken in one prepared tray. Top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While chicken bakes, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Finish the Green Beans

Add potato spice seasoning, cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for topping), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to green beans. Stir until combined and transfer mixture to second prepared tray.

Spread into an even layer. Top evenly with remaining cheese and 2 tsp. olive oil.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until bubbling and browned, 12-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

To serve, top chicken with butter. Bon appétit!
