Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Potatoes

    Mince garlic.

    Cut potatoes into ¼"-thick fries and pat dry. Evenly divide fries, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper between both prepared baking sheets. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes.

    Spread potatoes into an even layer on both sheets.

    Roast the Fries

    Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 22-25 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.

    Carefully remove from oven. Season with a pinch of salt.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

    Make Dijonnaise and Finish Dish

    In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving Dijonnaise on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
