Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Prepare the Potatoes
Mince garlic.
Cut potatoes into ¼"-thick fries and pat dry. Evenly divide fries, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, garlic, garlic pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper between both prepared baking sheets. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes.Spread potatoes into an even layer on both sheets. -
2 Roast the Fries
Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 22-25 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven. Season with a pinch of salt.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
3 Make Dijonnaise and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Set aside.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, serving Dijonnaise on the side for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
