Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut potatoes into 1" dice.

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Roast the Potatoes

    Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil , chimichurri seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.

    Roast in hot oven until starting to brown, 15-20 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt. Place chicken to one side of second prepared baking sheet. Top chicken with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Place broccoli on empty side of sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil and toss with remaining garlic salt. Spread into a single layer on other side of baking sheet.

    Roast the Chicken and Broccoli

    Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Add butter to broccoli and stir until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While chicken and broccoli roast, continue recipe.

    Finish the Dish

    Coarsely crush crispy onions in shipping bag.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crispy onions and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
