- 2 tsp. Garlic Pepper
- 2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp. Chimichurri Seasoning

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. -
2 Roast the Potatoes
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil , chimichurri seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Spread into a single layer.
Roast in hot oven until starting to brown, 15-20 minutes. While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
3 Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt. Place chicken to one side of second prepared baking sheet. Top chicken with 1 tsp. olive oil.
Place broccoli on empty side of sheet. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil and toss with remaining garlic salt. Spread into a single layer on other side of baking sheet. -
4 Roast the Chicken and Broccoli
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove baking sheet from oven. Add butter to broccoli and stir until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While chicken and broccoli roast, continue recipe. -
5 Finish the Dish
Coarsely crush crispy onions in shipping bag.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crispy onions and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
