Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using top round steak, pat dry. Roast until steak reaches desired doneness, 12-16 minutes for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Coarsely crush crispy onions in shipping bag.

    Cut potatoes into 1" dice.

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, chimichurri seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Push to one side of tray.

    Place broccoli on empty side of baking sheet and combine with 1 tsp. olive oil and remaining garlic salt.

    Prepare the Chicken and Broccoli

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt. Transfer chicken to second prepared baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Roast the Chicken and Broccoli

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove baking sheets from oven. Add butter to broccoli and stir until melted. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Finish the Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with crushed crispy onions and tzatziki. Bon appétit!
