If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground turkey, break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Ground Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef to hot, dry pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 2-3 minutes.Add garlic sesame sauce and brown sugar. Stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.Beef will finish cooking in a later step. -
2 Add the Bok Choy and Cashews
Add bok choy, half the cashews (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir often until combined and bok choy is tender, 5-7 minutes.

3 Add Sauce and Finish Ground Beef
Add yuzu dipping sauce to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.While beef mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add rice to hot pan. Stir occasionally until rice is heated through, 3-5 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in a pinch of salt until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with beef mixture. Garnish with remaining cashews. Bon appétit!
