Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Vegetables
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine carrots and 1 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until carrots are tender, 5-6 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave. In one provided tray, combine carrots, broccoli, and sesame oil. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 25-30 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with Asian garlic, ginger, and chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and a pinch of salt.
Place chicken in second provided tray. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.Carefully remove chicken tray from oven. Keep vegetable tray in oven.Drain excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Finish Chicken and Finish Dish
Top chicken evenly with garlic sesame sauce.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove vegetables from oven. Stir in softened butter, miso base, and 1/4 tsp. salt until melted and combined.To serve, garnish vegetables with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
