If using top round steaks, pat dry. Steak coloration may vary upon arrival due to packaging processes; steak quality and flavor will not be impacted. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Cook the Rice
Bring a medium pot with rice and 2 1/2 cups water to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes.Remove from burner and set aside.While rice cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Finely crush sesame sticks.
Combine panko, sesame seeds, and sesame sticks on a plate. Spread into an even layer.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken. Place chicken, mayonnaise-side down, onto plate with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add chicken, panko-side down, to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
4 Cook Broccoli and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 3-5 minutes.
Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 3-5 minutes.Add yuzu dipping sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt and stir to combine.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with garlic sesame sauce. Bon appétit!
