Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim zucchini ends, quarter lengthwise, and cut into 1/4" dice.
Mince chives.Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with garlic salt and garlic pepper. Steak coloration may vary upon arrival due to packaging processes; steak quality and flavor will not be impacted. -
2 Cook the Zucchini
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add zucchini and lemon n herb seasoning to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and slightly tender, 3-4 minutes.Transfer zucchini to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Cook the Orzo
Add 3 cups water, vegetable base, cream base, and 1/2 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, add orzo. Stir often until water is almost completely evaporated and orzo is tender, 8-10 minutes.Add zucchini, shredded cheese, and grated cheese. Stir occasionally until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While orzo cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Steaks and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan. Cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with softened butter. Slice steak, if desired. Garnish with chives. Bon appétit!
