Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Shrimp and Peppers
Pat shrimp dry.
Evenly divide shrimp, mixed peppers, Italian seasoning, and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
Evenly divide pasta, tomato sauce, garlic salt, and peas between both trays. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.
Cover both trays with foil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake both trays covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and sauce is bubbling, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven.Evenly divide softened plain butter, softened roasted garlic and herb butter, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir until melted and combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
