Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Pork
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground pork, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add ginger and teriyaki sauce. Stir often until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Vegetables
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add cabbage, carrots, edamame, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until vegetables are tender, 6-8 minutes.Add soy sauce and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
3 Heat the Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, continue recipe. -
4 Make Crema and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine guacamole (to taste), garlic aioli, and a pinch of salt.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with pork and vegetables. Garnish with crema and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
