If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until tender, 7-9 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While sweet potatoes microwave, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add steaks to hot pan. Cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While steaks cook, continue recipe. -
3 Finish the Sweet Potatoes
Place another large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add microwaved sweet potatoes, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Wipe bowl clean and reserve. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in smoked maple seasoning, softened plain butter, and pecans until combined.While sweet potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
4 Steam Green Beans, Make Sauce, and Finish Dish
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In reserved microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid. Stir in softened roasted garlic and herb butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined.In another microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche, goat cheese, 2 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with sauce.
