1 Prepare the Meatloaves and Mashed Potatoes
Combine ground beef, panko, ricotta, garlic salt, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place in one provided tray.
Add mashed potatoes to second provided tray. Stir vigorously, then spread into an even layer. -
2 Add the Sauce and Peas
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves begin to brown and mashed potatoes are heated through, 8-12 minutes.
Meatloaves will finish cooking in a later step. While mashed potatoes and meatloaves bake, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in another mixing bowl. Set aside.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Top meatloaves evenly with ketchup-brown sugar mixture.Vigorously stir shredded cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper into mashed potatoes until cheese is melted and combined. Push potatoes to one side of tray.Add peas to now-empty side of tray and top with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. Cover vegetables tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (meatloaves uncovered, vegetables covered) in hot oven until vegetables are heated through and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 8-12 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into peas. Bon appétit!
