Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

If using ground turkey, cook on stovetop until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/2" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Mince roasted tomatoes.
Trim cucumbers. Cut one cucumber into 1/4" rounds and grate the other cucumber into a mixing bowl. -
3 Make Tzatziki and Form Patties
Add sour cream, cheese, and a pinch of salt to bowl with grated cucumber. Stir vigorously to combine. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine ground beef, buttermilk-dill seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
4 Roast Patties and Toast Buns
Place patties on one side of second prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven until browned, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and drain excess fat.Place buns, cut side up, on empty side of baking sheet.Roast again in hot oven until buns are toasted and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom bun with patty, cucumber slices, roasted tomatoes, tzatziki, and top bun. Bon appétit!
