If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

1 Start the Sweet Potatoes
Place sweet potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave.While potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary. Cut into thirds.
Pat steaks dry and season both sides with garlic salt. -
3 Cook the Steaks
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes. -
4 Cook Vegetables and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans to hot pan. Cook, 2 minutes.Add 1/4 cup water, onion salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover and stir occasionally until softened, 4-6 minutes.Stir in microwaved sweet potatoes until combined and vegetables are tender, 2-3 minutes.If vegetables need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with softened butter and garnishing vegetables with cheese. Slice steak, if desired. Bon appétit!
