Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Start the Potatoes

    Place potatoes and 1 Tbsp. water in a microwave-safe bowl. (If some potatoes are larger than a ping pong ball, cut in half). Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until tender, 4-6 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and transfer potatoes to a clean, flat work surface. Potatoes will be hot! Use caution.

    Using the flat side of an object, press down gently to smash each potato until 1/2" thick.

    Place potatoes and leeks in provided tray. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Prepare Chicken and Bake Meal

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning, Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.

    Place chicken in second provided tray and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until potatoes are browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir spinach and softened butter into potatoes until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    While meal bakes, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Meal

    In another microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, cream cheese, and chimichurri seasoning. Cover with a paper towel.

    Microwave covered until cream cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
