Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Form the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, onions, dressing, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form meat mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves in one provided tray. -
2 Assemble the Pasta
In second provided tray, combine pasta, cream base, cheese, peas, 3 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover with foil.
Kids want to help? With supervision, have them help prepare the pasta. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (pasta covered, meatloaves uncovered) in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Carefully remove both trays from oven.Evenly top meatloaves with ketchup. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Uncover pasta and stir to combine. Cover again with foil. Tray will be hot!
