To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Add steaks to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Make the Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into large evenly-sized chunks.
Bring a medium pot with sweet potato chunks and 8 cups water to a boil. Water should cover sweet potatoes.Once boiling, cook until fork-tender, 14-18 minutes.Remove from burner. Drain sweet potatoes in a colander/strainer and return to pot.Add creme fraiche, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Mash until smooth. Cover and set aside to keep warm.While sweet potatoes cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Coarsely crush walnuts. -
3 Assemble the Green Beans and Chicken
Place green beans on one half of prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer on their side.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and garlic pepper.Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with mayonnaise, then walnuts, pressing gently to adhere. -
4 Roast the Green Beans and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into green beans until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with honey. Bon appétit!
