Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Prepare provided tins with pan spray. in 1 tray combine rice, 1 c water, seasoning, chicken broth base and stir to thoroughly dissolve in water. and top with foil, put in oven 15 min. While rice starts work on meatballs.

    In empty tin combine ground meat, ginger, and 1/2 soy sauce. Mix to thoroughly combine. Evenly portion and form into 12 even sized meatballs. Place side by side in tin and drizzle with 1 tsp oil, bake 15. While meatballs cook In a bowl combine vinegar, bbq sauce, remaining soy sauce, pineapple and juice stir to combine.

    Pull both tins out of hot oven. Drain meatball tin of excess juice. Uncover rice, stir thoroughly and add peas in an even layer. Top meatballs with sauceand pineapple. Put both tins back into hot oven until rice is fully cooked and meatballs are internal temp are 145 8-12 min. Carefully remove from oven and serve meatballs with rice. Bon Appetit!
