Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions

If using ground beef, add to a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground turkey, add to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Start the Sausage and Zucchini
Remove Italian sausage from casing, if necessary.
Evenly divide sausage and 2 tsp. olive oil between both provided trays. Stir to combine and break sausage into bite-sized pieces. Spread into a single layer. Top sausage with zucchini.Bake uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.Carefully remove trays from oven. Drain any excess liquid and break sausage into smaller bite-sized pieces. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
Evenly divide cream base, butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and pasta between both trays. Stir to combine and cover trays with foil.

3 Finish the Meal
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve lemon lengthwise and juice.Carefully remove both trays from oven. Uncover and stir 2 tsp. lemon juice into trays until combined. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the red pepper flakes. Bon appétit!
