  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  1. 1

    Start the Shrimp

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.

Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. Evenly divide shrimp between both provided trays. Top evenly with 2 tsp. olive oil and lemon n herb seasoning and stir to coat.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp start to turn pink, 5-8 minutes.

Shrimp will finish baking in a later step.

  2. 2

    Add the Pasta and Sauce

Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid. Trays will be hot; use a utensil!

Evenly divide pasta, cream base, cream cheese, garlic salt, minced garlic and parsley, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for breadcrumbs) between trays. Stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.

    Cover trays with foil.

  3. 3

Bake Meal and Make Parmesan Breadcrumbs

Bake covered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.

While meal bakes, combine panko and 1 tsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until golden-brown and toasted, 1-2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Carefully remove from microwave. Cool, 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, add remaining Parmesan and stir to combine.

Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide lemon juice between both trays and stir to combine. Trays will be hot! Use a utensil.

To serve, top pasta with Parmesan breadcrumbs. Bon appétit!
