Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using ground beef, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Break up until sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Add protein to meal as desired.

1 Roast the Potatoes
Peel potatoes, if desired, and cut into 3/4" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
2 Toast the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack.
Toast in hot oven until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and transfer to a clean, flat work surface. Flatbreads will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.While flatbreads toast, continue recipe. -
3 Make Cheese Sauce and Prepare Green Onions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base, 1/4 the cheddar, 1/4 the mozzarella (reserve remaining of both for flatbreads), and ranch seasoning.
Microwave uncovered until cheeses are melted, 1-2 minutes, whisking once halfway through.Carefully remove from microwave and set aside.While cheese sauce microwaves, trim and thinly slice green onions. -
4 Assemble the Flatbreads
After 20-25 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and transfer potatoes to a plate. Discard and replace foil. Sheet and potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.
Evenly spread cheese sauce on flatbreads. Evenly top cheese sauce with potatoes, remaining cheeses, half the green onions (reserve remaining for garnish), then bacon.Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. -
5 Bake Flatbreads and Finish Dish
Bake in hot oven until flatbread edges are browned, bacon is crisp, and cheeses are melted, 8-10 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbread with sour cream, dressing, and remaining green onions. Bon appétit!
