If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Season all over with Italian seasoning, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for sauce), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Don't worry about trimming. Excess fat will render while cooking and add flavor.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Stir occasionally until chicken is slightly browned and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. -
2 Add the Sauce
Add marinara, remaining garlic salt, and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir until combined and sauce is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.While chicken and sauce cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Spinach
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add spinach in batches (don't overflow the pan) and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until wilted, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Add Orzo and Finish Dish
Add orzo, cream base, lemon n herb seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 1/3 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, reduce heat to medium-low and stir occasionally until orzo mixture is slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Stir in cheese until melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping orzo with chicken.
