If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Bake the Zucchini
In one provided tray, combine zucchini, 2 tsp. olive oil, lemon n herb seasoning, half the Italian seasoning (remaining is yours to use as you please!), and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 25-30 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While zucchini bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Start the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined.Form beef mixture into four equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place meatloaves in second provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution. Evenly top meatloaves with marinara, then shredded cheese. -
3 Finish Meatloaves, Heat Mashed Potatoes, and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While meatloaves bake, place mashed potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Vigorously stir in softened butter until melted and combined.To serve, garnish meal with grated cheese. Bon appétit!
