Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using chicken cutlets, pat dry. Cook on stovetop until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-5 minutes per side. Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.
While bacon crisps, stem and mince thyme.Halve potatoes lengthwise; quarter if larger than a ping pong ball.Peel apple, quarter, and remove core. Cut into 1/2" slices.Halve and peel onion. Slice halves into thin strips. -
2 Start the Potatoes, Onions, and Apples
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Add 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes and push to 1/3 of sheet.
Place onions and apples in center of sheet. Evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
3 Add the Pork
Pat pork dry and season all over with 1/2 tsp. salt and thyme.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and add pork to empty side of baking sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
4 Roast the Meal
Roast in hot oven until potatoes, onions, and apples are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-14 minutes.
Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.Stir softened butter into potatoes until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use caution. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Transfer roasted onions and apples to a microwave-safe bowl. Add chicken base, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water.
Stir to combine and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until heated through and sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and stir.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with sauce and crisped bacon. Bon appétit!
