Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell peppers into 1/2" dice.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Coarsely crush walnuts in shipping bag.In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki glaze, mayonnaise, and honey. Set aside.Pat shrimp dry and season all over with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). -
2 Cook the Peppers
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers to hot pan and stir occasionally until slightly tender, 3-4 minutes. -
3 Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp to hot pan.
Stir occasionally until golden-brown and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 2-3 minutes per side. -
4 Add the Sauce
Add sauce and walnuts to hot pan.
Stir occasionally until shrimp and bell peppers are coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While shrimp-pepper mixture cooks, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice, white portions of green onions, and 1/2 tsp. salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping rice with shrimp-pepper mixture and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
